We’ve reserved the entire Playa Fiesta Boutique Hotel for an intimate, multi-day celebration, and our hope is to share this time with the people we love most.

With a limited number of rooms available, we invite you to stay with us at the hotel and be part our adventure. A time to relax, connect, and create memories together.

Please reserve your room by August 1st so that we can plan accordingly.

ACCOMODATIONS

Playa Fiesta & Costa Sur

Our wedding celebration is centered at Playa Fiesta. Guest rooms will be assigned between Playa Fiesta and Costa Sur, the neighboring resort located just steps away.

All guests should reserve their accommodations through our Playa Fiesta booking link (see Reservations Tab above). Once reservations are received, rooms will be assigned based on availability.

Guests assigned to Costa Sur will receive a 10% reduced room rate while still enjoying access to the wedding weekend events and activities at Playa Fiesta.

IF YOU'RE UNABLE TO STAY ONSITE WITH US

We understand that everyone’s travel plans look a little different. If you’re not able to stay at Playa Fiesta with us for the wedding week, we would still love for you to join us for the wedding day. This can be noted in your RSVP.

JOINING IN THE ACTIVITIES WHILE STAYING OFFSITE

If you are staying offsite and would still like to join us for daily activities we would love for you to join as much as you can. There is a daily rate of approximately $200 per person per day. Playa Fiesta will communicate with you directly regarding booking your day passes. Please notify us of this so the hotel can plan accordingly.

Guests are welcome to stay anywhere offsite in Puerto Vallarta. However, we kindly ask that guests avoid booking the Hilton Vallarta Riviera. Due to the way our wedding accommodations are structured with Playa Fiesta, Hilton reservations create additional venue charges that are billed directly to us. If you are considering an offsite hotel, please reach out and we're happy to recommend alternatives.

ADULTS ONLY CELEBRATION

Due to limited availability, while we love your little ones, Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Our children, along with children of immediate family and those with special roles, will be part of the day.

MEALS INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY

Wednesday Evening: Tapas dinner

Thursday: Breakfast buffet and a “Fajita Fiesta” dinner

Friday (wedding day): Breakfast buffet and wedding dinner, with entrée options of mahi mahi or top sirloin

Saturday morning: Breakfast buffet

A-La-Cart lunches are available for purchase or you can venture out and explore some of the many great local options.
